Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship the bags from the Netherlands. This means that we can ship orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day. In most cases, the bicycle bag will then be with you the next day.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Unfortunately, a Beck bicycle bag does not fit through the letterbox. Therefore, you do need to be home when the order is delivered. Fortunately, you will receive a track and trace code with your order.
Return Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know and we will find a solution together. Please contact us via the contact form for returning the bag.
