How do I attach my Beck bicycle bag?
- Pannier with straps
A pannier with straps can be easily attached by fastening the straps to the luggage rack. The bag also has an attachment option at the bottom of the model to prevent the pannier from sliding. - Pannier with hooks
A pannier with hooks can simply be clicked directly onto the bicycle and easily removed again. The bottom of the bag can be securely fastened to the bicycle frame. This prevents the bag from moving too much. - Can I easily remove my pannier?
Beck panniers are designed to be easy to mount and dismount. Some bags are designed to be "grab-and-go". The click attachment makes it even easier to remove these bags from your bike.
Weather resistance
- Is my bag suitable for all weather conditions?
A Beck bicycle bag is, in principle, suitable for all weather conditions. However, there are differences in the materials used. Some bags are made from water-repellent polyester, while others are made from Bisonyl. Most polyester bags come with a rain cover. These are intended for really heavy downpours.
- Is the inside of the bicycle bag protected from rain?
When the bag is properly closed, rain will not get in. In practice, therefore, you sometimes need to make sure your bike bag is properly closed, otherwise some water might get into the bag. That's not a problem in itself, though. The bag can easily be dried out again.
Transport
- How much can I carry in my Beck pannier?
A Beck Single can safely carry 5kg.
A double Beck pannier can safely carry 10 kg. That means 5 kg per side.
Warranty
- Do I have a warranty on my Beck bag?
Yes, you do. Every Beck bag comes with a one-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by use.

Delivery
- How long until my order arrives?
We ship the bags from the Netherlands. This means we can dispatch orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day. In most cases, the bike bag will then arrive the next day.
- Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Unfortunately, a Beck Bicycle Bag does not fit through the letterbox. Therefore, you do indeed need to be home when the order is delivered. Fortunately, you will receive a track and trace code with your order.
